We couldn’t resist the 172 colors and all the talk we hear about these sparkling watercolors. Thanks to Roann Mathias who enthusiastically recommends them and gave us a few tips. Roann puts a few drops of water into the pan and lets it sit a minute or two before mixing with a brush. She then pours the mixed liquid into a dinky dip or mixing pan and uses it as she would gouache, feeding her pen with a brush or dipping. She also loads Twinkling H20s into Parallel Pens giving her incredible color possibilities! Leave the lids off your used pans so they can dry for later reconstitution.
